Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations provided the request is made before the product is dispatched from our facility. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is not in the expected condition, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

• Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge additional restocking fees.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
